Expedited Spindle Repair
One Day Option
We offer a few options for expedited spindle repair. There are one, two, three and four day options. A standard repair takes five to ten business days depending on our current capacity. We are closed Sundays and major holidays. Please note: Sometimes it may be physically impossible to complete a repair in 24 – 48 hours. Most repairs are delivered on time. In the event an expedited repair misses the due date, the expedite fee will reflect the actual days needed for repair.
The spindle is shipped out the day after it is received. We must receive the spindle before 9:00 am the day before it is due. There is a $1,500.00 surcharge for this option. Example: if we receive the spindle on Monday, it will ship out on Tuesday. If we receive it on Friday, it will ship out on Saturday. This option requires 2nd and 3rd shift operations.
Two Day Option
The spindle is shipped out two days after it is received. We must receive the spindle before 9:00 am two days prior to the day it is due.There is a $1,000.00 surcharge for this option. Example: if we receive the spindle on Monday, it will ship out on Wednesday. If we receive it on Friday, it will ship out on Monday.
Three Day Option
The spindle is shipped out three days after it is received. There is a $750 surcharge for this option. Example: if we receive the spindle on Monday, it will ship out on Thursday. If we receive it on Thursday, it will ship out on Monday.
Four Day Option
The spindle is shipped out four days after it is received. There is a $500 surcharge for this option. Example: if we receive the spindle on Monday, it will ship out on Friday. If we receive it on Thursday, it will ship out on Tuesday.
When arranging for pick up of the completed spindle, we request that you make it late afternoon. Please note that we do not work on Sunday or major holidays.
Warranty
All spindles have a one year warranty. Winding failures are not covered.
