Tool Forks

The tool fork is the part of the ATC arm that physically cradles the tool holder’s flange during a tool change, and a worn or bent fork is a common reason a tool changer starts dropping or misaligning tools even when every other component checks out. HS Spindles stocks tool forks for HSK25E, HSK32E, and HSK63F tapers, plus ISO30 forks in both a standard 50mm diameter and Biesse-style fit. Fork sizing is taper-specific, so the fork has to match the exact flange diameter of your tool holder, not just the general HSK or ISO30 family. If your tool changer is showing uneven wear marks on the fork tines or the holder sits slightly crooked mid-change, the fork is usually the first thing worth inspecting. Match the fork to your machine’s taper and holder style below.
