ISO30 Toolholders
ISO30 is one of the most widely used tapers on machining centers built for panel processing, woodworking-adjacent CNC, and general milling, and HS Spindles stocks ISO30 tool holders in ER32 and ER40, across several body styles: a 50mm flange style, a 57mm style, a TH style, and a compact XS style for ER32. The body style you need depends on your spindle’s flange clearance and how your ATC gripper is set up to grab the holder – a 50mm flange holder and a 57mm holder aren’t interchangeable if your gripper or tool changer is built around one specific flange diameter. ER32 covers a wide general-purpose collet range, while ER40 extends clamping capacity for larger-diameter tooling. Check your existing tool holder’s flange diameter or your gripper’s spec before ordering a replacement style, since an ISO30 taper fit alone doesn’t guarantee the flange will match your ATC.
