HSK 32E Toolholders
HSK32E is the taper of choice on compact high-speed spindles where clearance and light weight matter as much as clamping strength, and HS Spindles stocks ER16, ER20, and ER25 collet holders sized to that taper. Because HSK32E spindles typically run at higher RPM with lighter cutting loads than larger tapers, holder balance and runout control matter even more than on a heavier-duty HSK63F setup – an out-of-balance holder shows up as vibration and premature spindle bearing wear at the speeds these machines are built to run. Choose the ER size that matches your existing collet inventory; all three sizes share the same HSK32E taper and flange, so the decision is purely about which collet range your tooling needs.
