Returns Policy

General Returns Policy

To start the return process, please contact us at engineering@hsspindles.com and request a return authorization. You may return new and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Purchaser must pay for shipping.  We will pay the return shipping costs (ground shipment cost) and waive the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).

Inverter Returns Policy

If you need to return an inverter, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.  Contact us to initiate a return authorization. There is a restocking fee of 10%. Once we receive the inverter, we will test the unit to see if it works properly. Once verified, we will provide a full refund minus the 10%. If the unit is found damaged, altered, worn or abused a refund will not be issued. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Spindle Returns policy

All spindle sales are final and can not be returned. All new spindles come with a one year warranty. Repaired and refurbished spindles have a 6 month warranty. If the spindle is malfunctioning during the warranty period, purchaser must pay for shipping to return unit. Once received the spindle will be evaluated. Spindles damages caused by operator / programmer error are not covered under warranty. All valid warranty claims will be repaired and the spindle will be shipped at our cost by ground method. Expedited repair and shipping is not covered by warranty.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All orders received before 4:30pm EST will be processed same day on stock items.
