Expedited Spindle Repair
Expedited and Urgent Services
Our current back log is around 5 weeks. For customer’s with more urgent needs we offer 3 levels of expedited spindle repair. Please note, we are closed Sundays and major holidays. Expedited services do not include these days.
Expedited – Tier one: 1 to 6 day options.
Urgent – Tier 2: 2 weeks or less.
Urgent – Tier 3: 3 weeks or less.

Please note: Sometimes it may be physically impossible to complete a repair in 1 to 3 weeks. If a spindle needs chrome plating or a stator rewind, it is not possible to do this in less than 2 weeks. I will create a page soon showing why you should pull your spindle sooner rather than later. In the event an expedited repair misses the due date, the expedite fee will reflect the actual days needed for repair plus a percentage of the original fee.
Process:
- Contact Tony at 714-307-2332 and discuss the issues with the spindle.
- If expedited services are needed, the expedite fee and inspection fee must be paid up front. We will inform you which expedite option is possible and inspection to order.
- Ship the spindle and email us the tracking number. See shipping tips in the description of the expedite service.
Example: Two Day Option
The spindle is shipped out two days after it is received. We must receive the spindle before 9:00 am two days prior to the day it is due. There is a $1,250.00 surcharge for this option. Example: if we receive the spindle on Monday, it will ship out on Wednesday. If we receive it on Friday, it will ship out on Monday.
Example: Three Day Option
The spindle is shipped out three days after it is received. There is a $900 surcharge for this option. Example: if we receive the spindle on Monday, it will ship out on Thursday. If we receive it on Thursday, it will ship out on Monday.
Example: Four Day Option
The spindle is shipped out four days after it is received. There is a $750 surcharge for this option. Example: if we receive the spindle on Monday, it will ship out on Friday. If we receive it on Thursday, it will ship out on Tuesday.
Warranty
All spindles have 6 months to a one year warranty. Winding failures are not covered unless it has been rewound during a service. Warranty policy link can be found at the top of website.
