HSK 63F ER16 Long Style Tool Holder, P/N H30-C-L

HSK 63F ER16 Long Style Tool Holder for longer reach than standard size tool holder.Using a longer tool holder reduces the flexing and resulting vibration from a longer tool. Also, the ability to use a shorter tool in a longer tool holder makes for a more rigid set up which produces a better surface finish.

HSK 63F ER16 Long Style  Specifications:

Material: Through hardened alloy steel. Precision ground surfaces.

Manufacturer: Made in Italy.

Recommended Torque: 42 ft/lbs Over  1/16″ Collet I.D.  and 30 ft/lbs Under 1/16″ Collet I.D.

Balance Grade: G2.5 @ 24,000 rpm

Maintenance: Protect from rust with rust preventative spray. Remove spray before placing into service. Use correct concentration of coolant to prevent corrosion. Always check tool holders for scoring or wear. Replace if worn or damaged.

Compatibility: All HSK 63F spindles.

A tool tightening stand and torque wrench make switching out tools much easier. The stand uses cylindrical rollers that grab the tool holder without marring it and the torque wrench has a high and low setting. This provides consistency in clamping force for better repeatability.
