HSK 50F Tool Gripper Forms BDF PN G01-24

Material: Through hardened alloy steel. Precision ground surfaces. Low friction coating.

Manufacturer: Made in Italy.

Balance Grade: <G2.5 @ 24,000 rpm

Maintenance: Protect from rust with rust preventative spray. Remove spray before placing into service. Use correct concentration of coolant to prevent corrosion. Always check tool grippers for scoring or wear. Replace if worn or damaged.

Weekly: Check gripper for damage and debris build up. Apply light coat of anti seize if needed.  METAFLUX Moly-Spray No.70-82 is recommended.

Every Six Months: Measure the “E.M” dimension, adjust if necessary. Test clamp force if able.

Compatibility: All HSK 50B, 50D and 50F spindles. Also, HSK A40 and E40. The tool gripper is interchangeable with these grippers:

Note: Grippers made by Ott Jakob require a tool to be present if the spindle is rotating. It is good practice to not mix fingers of the gripper of one unit with another, even if it is the same manufacturer.
