HSD 951 Actuator Hub,  P/N HSD-I30-001

Actuator hub replacement for HSD ES 951 and 959 series spindles. Made out of 300 series stainless steel.

This is the part that goes in the center of the actuator, also known as a pneumatic cylinder, to compress the drawbar.

Overtime this part can deform from making contact with the drawbar. If allowed to continue, it will eventually flare out and make contact with the inner diameter of the optical sensor. If the optical sensor is damaged, a new sensor will have to be ordered.

The first sign of damage is reduced stroke of the clamping group. Reduced stroke prevents the clamp group from releasing the tool or being able to receive a tool.
