ISO30 Gripper, Petal Collet
Specifications:
ISO30 Gripper, Petal Collet is designed for pull studs with a 9 mm body diameter that blends into the pullstud tip with a 15 degree chamfer. For safety reasons, it is important to have the proper size.
Material: Through hardened alloy steel. Precision ground surfaces.
Manufacturer: Made in Italy.
Recommended Torque: 20 ft/lbs, Use high strength loctite when installing. The thread is M10 x 1.5.
Maintenance: Protect from rust with rust preventative spray. Remove spray before placing into service. Use correct concentration of coolant to prevent corrosion. Replace if worn or damaged. If pull stud is worn the tool gripper may be worn as well. Periodically apply a light coat of anti seize paste. Replace gripper if worn or damaged.
Compatibility: Most common in Giordano Colombo spindles. Use with pullstud PS-F-E. Equivalent to IMS SSKA30DIN or IMS AAP02.
